Kl lady: Show me how you do this. *points to 1 of the invoices*

Kitty: orh. *walks to photocopy machine, scan the invoices, walks back to workstation*

Kitty: Then the scan will come into your email, hope you already know this. See the attachment? Save it into the common drive and rename it accordingly. We always name it by company 1st, then tax invoice no. xxxx followed by bracketing the date.

Kl lady: omg this is so confusing~ Show me how you do this *points to another invoice*

Kitty: Nah its ok you can do it at your desk and I'll check your work before you send out to anybody.

Kl lady: Ok in that case you come over to my desk and see what I did is correct.

Kitty (she's asking me to babysit her?! how ridiculous this shameless woman can get?)

*walks over to her desk, sit down beside her & stares into space*

Kl lady: Is this correct?

Kitty: Ya.

Kl lady: How about this?

Kitty: Yeah.

Kl lady: I think I got it.

Kitty: Um.

Kl lady: So to whom can I email these to?

Kitty: AM, SA & remb to CC our workgroup.

Kl lady: Alright, now you go send an email to those that I'll be taking over your work or they'll be wondering who I am.

Kitty: I dun think its necessary as they are already aware.

Kl lady: No no, its just a message to inform them. Just send it.

Kitty: No I dun think its necessary.

Kl lady: But I cant send these emails if they duno who I am.

Kitty: I'll send these emails for you if you dun want to do it. I'll just inform AM that you're uncomfortable doing it.

Kl lady: Alright I'll send the emails.

Kitty (i allow myself to babysit you doesnt mean dat you can boss me around. pls note that I have already taken 2 steps back)

Not that I'm not willing to train a newbie. But at least she has to learn humbly & demonstrate a certain level of independence. How can I be bothered to teach someone microsoft outlook/word? How many of you out there need 1 person specifically to teach you how to use these basic programs? Don't we all learn it ourselves?

This is a SCAM! They made us, locals, train their KLKs who are computer illiterate, so they could have free training. These computer illiterates r usually higher paid than us n they got employed not because of qualifications but because of colour.
