She is so cute. she gave my contact to this shop at this outlet after her nightmare.

This lady contacted me in the afternoon when i was on my way to sch.

kitty: hello?

witc: hi good afternoon, im ~ calling from witc. we have just opened in orchard central and would like to invite you here for a promotional pedicure at only $6. you do manicure and pedicure right?

kitty: yes i did my nails very rarely and I'm not interested to do them now.

witc: huh? not interested? its only $6.

kitty *attempts to shut her*: ya not interested.

witc *quickly snaps in*: nvm you listen to me 1st, ya?

kitty *reluctantly*: ok lor.

witc *for the next 2 minutes*: we have this paraffin wax normal price $50, but now we r now having this promotion at $10 only. ya? $10 only! blah blah blah blah, the classic manicure is x dollars, pedicure is y dollars and you'll receive blah blah blah blah. as i mentioned earlier, the pedicure promotion is at $6, blah blah blah. so how have you considered?

(she said alot of things & seriously i cant be bothered to remb much as im totally not interested)

kitty: thanks for explaining but im not interested.

kitty scares blankly at her cup-ed phone without receiving a "thanks for your time" or "its ok" message.

WTF?!

lousy customer service, lousy telephone etiquette, what's next?
