back to batam after 1 yr. tis time at harris resort coz of a all-inclusive package by UOB.

package includes:
buffet meals (breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner, supper)
free flow of drinks whole day
free flow of cocktail (5.30pm - 6.15pm)
1hr massage at harris spa
2 bowling games (incl. shoes)

duno if we're lucky or unlucky. there were 2 big groups on the same dates. 1st is the five stars group... they had bryan wong to accompany them. 2nd is mcconnell dowell's company trip. both groups plus the other groupless amounts to 600 ppl. its good coz they dun have enough rooms so we got automatically upgraded to the cabanas. =) but the staff r so busy they hardly have time to "entertain" us during meal times.

scrub-ed & massage-ed at isabella spa house at nagoya. good-ed. will be going there again.

but the 1hr massage at harris spa is quite bad leh... they use olive oil. can u imagine??? olive oil all over ur body. it cant seem to be washed off. i have to use mama lemon to wash my feet to remove the oily feel. shit.

meals provided at the resort is quite good. not a huge variety, but ok for the price we paid. dinner is superb as we had seafood bbq =)

conclusion : if there isnt all-inclusive package, i wont go to harris. its far from town. far from seafood place. and theres nth much to eat at or near harris, unless u dun mind paying the same amt of $$ for food as in sg.
