AM: You have to prepare a pass for her and also the online account to apply pass. Make sure she is familiar wif the procedures. And bring her to the pass office to make her pass. Make sure she knows where to collect her pass.

Kitty *smiling back innocently*: So sorry, I’m doing this & that now. Dun worry I’ll do the planning on when to handover which task to you, ya? I understand ur busy wif the other dept’s work so u dun have to worry for the time being. *smile*
